Celebrating Memorial Day Weekend working up a serious sweat with these gamers ☀️

Our tradition of doing the Murph together as a group and sharing reps to complete as many [1 mile + 100 pull ups + 200 push ups + 300 squats + 1 mile] WODs as possible continued this year.

Our group conquered 3 full Murphs in 45 mins and then did 1 more in 12 mins for good measure after our newcomer Sara joined late and brought the energy 😄

We had an amazing time with our regulars during our special TWO YEAR anniversary edition of QCFG 🎉🥳💪 Slide till the end to witness the birth of the group, and see below for some words of thanks from our co-founders:

"I could never imagine that what started out as a way for me to connect with other calisthenics athletes could evolve into something greater. I love being a personal trainer, but the standard gym and HIIT botique trainer model doesn't appeal to me. The community that we built here gave us a platform to try something new and test a vision that I've had for my own gym even before this journey started. I couldn't have made it through these 2 years without our amazing fit gamers and support from our co-founder, Merritt. Thank you all - big changes coming around the corner!" –Coach Miguel
