🚨🚨THE IS OPEN🚨🚨

Not only is the Rail Trail back open, there is a crossover behind Publix. We are back on our regular course tomorrow and every Wednesday for the foreseeable future.

We meet every Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. at the stage in the common area of Atherton. After the run, grab a coffee, beverage, or breakfast at notjustcoffee with a special discount just for our group.

The morning weather has been IMMACULATE this week and it’s going to be more of the same tomorrow. Join us at 6:30 a.m. at the stage in common area of Atherton for fun miles with friends through South End, Charlotte! After the run, grab a breakfast drink at a special discount for runners at notjustcoffee inside the mill.

The routes are in the link in our bio. Even though the Rail Trail CLT is paved, the fence is still up, so we’ll have to continue to start our run by going around to Hawkins.

The heat and humidity over the last couple of weeks have been brutal, even in the mid-morning. Get your miles in early with us before the toughest running weather sets in for the day. We’ll have ice cold water for you and you’ll have access to discounted breakfast drinks (hot or cold) at notjustcoffee inside the mill.

We meet every Wednesday morning at the stage in the common area of Atherton to run at 6:30 a.m. Our 2, 3, and 4 mile routes can be found in the link in our bio. See you Wednesday!

After a really fun time last week, we’re back and better than ever tomorrow morning! Meet up every Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. at the stage outside Atherton for 2, 3, or 4 miles with a great group in a fun area. After the run, grab coffee or breakfast at notjustcoffee inside the mill.

Our route maps are in our bio and it looks like we’ll have a minor detour this week, but the construction is almost finished. See you bright and early on Wednesday!

It was a great week and a great run with Stride Forward Foundation and Greenapple Sports & Wellness! We even got a Meatball appearance during the run.

This week, we’ll be joined by our neighborhood race, South End Shuffle 5k&Mile Run! Learn more about the 5k and mile race on Sept. 12th and potentially earn a free entry. It’s a great community event with a really fun after party.

We meet at 6:30 a.m. every Wednesday morning on the stage in the common area of Atherton. After the run, grab a coffee or food or breakfast beverage inside the mill at notjustcoffee with a discount just for our running group.

It’s almost Wednesday, so it’s almost time to get our morning run in together at Atherton Mill! Meet at the stage in the common area of Atherton at 6:30 a.m. for a run up to 4 miles (link in our bio) along the Rail Trail CLT in South End, Charlotte. Rain, rain go away! Yes, we need the rain to help stop the drought, but we are hoping for a dry morning on Wednesday. We meet every Wednesday morning, rain or shine, at 6:30 a.m. at the stage in the common area of Atherton. After our run, primarily on the Rail Trail CLT (see the link in our bio for the routes, head into notjustcoffee for delicious drinks and food at a discount just for our runners.

Thank you Charlotte Running Company and Saucony for the great shoe demo last week. We had a good crowd and almost everyone tried on one of the new models of shoes for the run.

Rise and shine and get your run in before the heat index explodes. This week, you can try on the latest shoes from Saucony during our run as they will be there with Charlotte Running Company.

Was last week our final temperate run until September? Maybe! Join us in the morning to find out. And if it’s muggy outside in the morning, it’s just going to get worse in the afternoon and evening, so you should run with us.
