Good morning Golden glow team 🧡🧡

So sorry for the scheduling issues this week. I am working hard to get everything right by the weekend.
Life has a way of making schedules collide and balancing my full time mental health career w fitness training and personal life has me STUCK.

But I have figured out how to manage time a bit better so this upcoming week will be glorious 🙏🏽
