Another phenomenal Saturday at Ballantyne Martial Arts in the books!! 5 classes flown by!! Great work by all who came in not just today but this whole week!!! For my adult Jiu Jitsu team camp is coming up next weekend!! There is still a couple days left to get registered if you haven't already!!!

Good afternoon Team!! We are fortunate to have our brotha from another mother, our Uncle Nellie, Nelson Lebron, also known as Tyrant Mma in the house this coming Friday!! It is a FREE seminar! Nelson is a highly decorated martial artist. He served honorably for over 2 decades in the Navy and is a true New Yorker!!! Overall Uncle Nellie is one of the best people we know. Come in and take advantage of his knowledge!! This seminar is open to all Teen and Adult students regardless of what discipline you train with us. The seminar will cover kickboxing for self defense!! 5:30-6:30pm!!! Hope to see you!!

Good morning Team!! Sensei Berk here. After consulting with Sensei Gilbert this morning we have decided its in the best interest and safety for everyone, including us, to close Ballantyne Martial Arts tonight, Monday January 26. The roads may seem fine now but the temperature is going to drop and the roads may refreeze. We're not willing to risk anyone's safety. Please stay safe and we'll reopen Ballantyne Martial Arts tomorrow!! Thank you for your understanding!!

Full morning at Ballantyne Martial Arts!!! First day of our new Saturday schedule. We have ALL classes now on Saturdays with the sole exception of our karate juniors. We kick the day off now at 8:30 am with our youth kickboxers and run classes straight to 1:00!! Come see us!! 11914 Elm Lane in Ballantyne!!
