7 weeks old and came home last night

Meet Jessica. 101.4 pounds down in 9 months.

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it.

There are two hills I will die on — and this video is me planting my flag.

**Hill #1: Quick-fix supplements.**

I get approached almost every single day by affiliate marketers wanting me to push their products to my clients. Proprietary blends. Mystery ingredients. Wild promises about weight loss, cholesterol, parasites — you name it.

Every single time, my answer is the same.

No.

Not because I can't use the money. Because I've spent nearly 50 years learning what food actually does to the human body — and I know these pills don't do what they claim.

**Hill #2: Fake AI ads.**

This one is personal.

These companies are using AI to steal the faces and voices of real people — celebrities, doctors, coaches — and manufacture fake endorsements.

Including me.

My videos. My clients' testimonials. My face. Used without my permission to sell products I've never recommended and never will.

So I need you to hear this clearly:

I want you to meet Nette.
