“I just don’t have time.”

It’s the most common reason I hear.

And I’m going to be honest with you: I don’t fully believe it.

Not because you’re not busy. You absolutely are.

But because “I don’t have time” is almost never really about time.

It’s about what we’ve decided is a priority.

The job ✅
The kids ✅
The school run ✅
The house ✅

Here’s what I’ve learned: things don’t calm down. You have to carve the time out.

🍳 Breakfast: Greek yoghurt bowl with whey protein + blueberries (~380 cal / 42g protein)
🍗 Lunch: Chicken & rice bowl with spinach (~430 cal / 48g protein)
🧀 Snack: Cottage cheese & rice cakes (~180 cal / 20g protein)
🐟 Dinner: Salmon, roasted potatoes & green veg (~430 cal / 38g protein)
🍫 Evening: Protein hot chocolate (~130 cal / 22g protein)

Total: 1,550 calories / 170g protein

Real food. Nothing miserable. Hits the target.

This is what sustainable fat loss actually looks like, not surviving on chicken breast and rice 7 times a day.
