‼️ Another Hurricane 🌀 Drop Friday ‼️

We have partnered up with PCS and to do another drop delivery Friday up to the mountains.

have been working hard to establish drop-off and Pick-up points closer to destruction zones to help get them supplies faster.

One of our locations is Turgua Brewery in Fairview where temps are expected to be in the low 20’s to 30’s with that, essential needs are:

-generators
-blankets/heaters
-propane tanks/lanterns and wood 🪵
-portable grill/camp equipment
-batteries and flashlights 🔦
-food (All)

These are the most urgent at this time as those people are stuck and about to be freezing 🥶

Anything helps and we are very thankful 🙏 for anything you can give.

We are partnering with and at our location to help with the hurricane relief mission in Western Nc.

Thursday morning 7am we will be loading up and are looking for anyone who wants to volunteer to help load supplies

You can drop off supplies at Mountain Island Fitness (10030 Callabridge Ct, Charlotte, NC
28216) from 5:00am-9:00pm, today
through Wednesday.

We will be heading out West early Thursday to link up with the team in Asheville and get these supplies where they're needed most.

If you're out of state but still want to help, you can support via Venmo at . We'll be making a bulk purchase of supplies before heading out.

Record flood tomorrow forecasted for mountain island lake Based on current rainfall forecasts and conditions, Duke Energy
expects Mountain Island Lake to reach or exceed 110.0 feet later
Friday, which is 10.0 feet over full pond. This would be a record
pool elevation at Mountain Island Lake, breaking the record of
109.60 feet which occurred in August 1940. Mountain Island Lake
reached 106.91 feet on June 10, 2019. which is the highest crest in
the modern era. Major Flood Stage is 105.5 feet. These lake levels
will cause unprecedented, catastrophic flooding of Mountain Island
Lake and possibly adjacent reaches of the Catawba River.
