Wednesday “Easy” 4 miles. This is what happens when I lead 🤦‍♀️. We go a little faster than expected but it was gross outside and I forgot my water in the car. I’m always being motivated by those around me during these runs. I wanted to walk at around 1.5 mile mark, but we were still moving so I pushed through. I wanted to be done at 3.5 mile mark. But you’re almost done, so push though to the end. Every step feels like death but I’m not alone so I won’t give up. Thanks and for the morning miles and motivation.

Track Tuesday!!! 4x600 with a mile warm-up and cool down. My right hip was being stubborn and tight to start but that’s why we warm up and stretch first right?! Finished off with flash 15 w/ with Rylie who groaned in pain the whole time. I feel ya girl!! She pushed through to the end though. We are a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time! Here is to trusting the process and never giving up.

Laura and I met while working out next to one another at the gym. Her son was wearing an AZ Diamondbacks shirt, as his favorite player at the time was apart of their club. We hit it off, and became workout partners, running buddies and the mom friend I was always looking for! We have run countless miles together over the years, and I’m so excited to support the Run Jen Run 5k with her! Please come run a 5k with us, I promise we will make it fun and a great experience!!

They both love the running community and how everyone helps keep one another accountable, mentally strong and helps support each other on the tough days.
