Our trainers are incredible! 💪
It's not lost on Annie Henry Linville that not too long ago, a woman owning her own business wasn't possible in the way it is today. "A woman owning a business and being an entrepreneur even within our lifetime has been fairly rare," she says. "It’s pretty cool to be someone that’s accomplished that, even though it’s just beginning."
Annie is the founder and owner of GROW PT, which opened up just over a year ago when she saw a major need in the Charlotte market. Annie has a background in orthopedic and sports PT training and can help just about anyone with any movement pain or injury they have, but her niche focus is pre- and postpartum wellness and pelvic floor issues. Her entire goal with her business is to help those who are pregnant or recovering from pregnancy feel like themselves as they workout or just move through life day to day. “If somebody that was used to working out wasn’t able to work out afterwards, if it didn’t feel right, if they don’t feel like themselves, that’s a big blow,” she says. “I just want people to come in and feel like themselves again and do what they want to do.”
In addition to running her business, Annie is also a badass coach at Hygge wellness and a trainer with The 360 Method. Yeah, she's basically incredible. A woman-owned business helping build up other women and folks who are pregnant? We love to see it. Learn more about Annie by heading to the link below.
