As we gear up for the Memorial Day weekend, we currently are opening at 9:00 AM. That will change starting Monday May 25th. Opening time will be 7:30 AM. Also, this is the last week to get a $10 discount on your five punch card. Card prices increase to $90 for City Residents and $100 for non-residents on May 26!

Glow Ball returns this Saturday May 16th to the Charlevoix Golf Club! Cost is $30 (City of Charlevoix, Residents only $25) and Season Pass Members can play for $10. Each greens fee includes a glow ball. Extra Glow balls available to purchase for $5.

This is a really fun activity to play with friends or family. Tee Off starts at 8:00. Last Tee Off will be 9:30.

Tips for this outing:
1.We suggest that your group play "scramble format". It will be dark and this is the safest way for your group to play.
2.Bring a flashlight or head lamp. Your eyes will in general adjust and you will be able to see as it gets dark. But if you hit a bad shot or the light goes out on your glow ball before you recover it, it is best to have the extra light source with you.
3.Bring a warm extra layer in your golf bag. It will cool off quickly when the sun goes down.

It's that time of the year when due to weather conditions, the pro shop may be closed when you arrive. Please remember to sign-in, make payment to the honor tube, and be mindful of the posted start time-currently 10:00 AM. And please ALWAYS start at hole #1. If the clubhouse is closed and you have questions or concerns you can call the Charlevoix Recreation Department at 231-547-3253.

We are pleased to announce our opening day on Thursday, April 23rd at 11:00 A.M.

Starting Friday and continuing for the next week, our opening time will be 10:00 A.M., with plans to quickly adjust this time further to accommodate early risers.

SPRING! Finally starting to feel like spring. Our Grounds crews will begin work next Monday. At this time, we anticipate that Friday, April 24th will be our first day of operations. Currently we plan to open at 9:00 each morning. Additionally, we will be posting some opportunities for club member to come and use the simulator next week after the water and heat have been turned on at the club house. You may see the HS team using holes 1, 7, 8 and 9 over the next couple of days. We have made this arrangement just so that they can get some practice swings in before their first meet. The are NOT using the tee boxes or greens AND we ask that everyone else PLEASE wait until the 24th to start using the course. It has been a very wet and cold month and we want to protect the course and give it the best chance for a healthy start.
