For the first time in school history, the Charlevoix Rayders Golf Team are STATE CHAMPIONS! 🔴⛳️🔵
From the first tee to the final putt, these boys played with absolute grit, focus, and true Rayder pride. The entire Charlevoix community could not be prouder of their hard work and dedication.

​After reviewing many powerful essays on heroism and patriotism, two students stood out so clearly that we decided to name two recipients for 2026. Please join us in congratulating:

​The clock is officially ticking for the Class of 2026! This is the final countdown for the Major Douglas E. Sloan Memorial Scholarship. If you are a student-athlete who hasn't hit "send" on that essay yet, now is the time!
​We have today and tomorrow left to get those applications in. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be recognized for your hard work on and off the field.

​We’ve got a major update regarding the Major Douglas E. Sloan Memorial Scholarship, and you’re going to want to move fast! ​With graduation and senior festivities arriving earlier than usual this year, we want to make sure every eligible athlete has their application in before the end-of-year rush begins
​🗓️ THE NEW CUTOFF: WEDNESDAY, MAY 6th!
​We know you’re busy with spring sports and senior fun, but don’t let $1,000 slip through your fingers! 💸
​The Game Plan:
✅ Pick one of the 8 quotes on the application.
✅ Write your 500-700 word essay on what leadership and heroism mean to you.
✅️ Keep it anonymous! To ensure fairness, do not include your name within the essay itself.
✅ Submit by May 6th at 5:00 PM.
