Think you’re too young to start taking your health and fitness seriously? Think again! Meet Halen, a freshman offensive lineman for the SK Football team. Halen knows that the work you put in during the off-season determines the success you see on the field. He’s been training with the goal of improving his strength and build the explosive power he needs to dominate the line of scrimmage.
The results speak for themselves! In just two short months, Halen has focused intensely on his technique and it has paid off big time. He has officially increased his deadlift by over 100lbs while significantly improving his form! He hit a new PR this week of 225lbs and has already hit the goal his football coach set for him to achieve by next season!
Halen brings a fantastic attitude to every session and is a prime example of what happens when you combine hard work with a coachable mindset. We can’t wait to see how this extra power translates to the field this coming season!
