Think you’re too young to start taking your health and fitness seriously? Think again! Meet Halen, a freshman offensive lineman for the SK Football team. Halen knows that the work you put in during the off-season determines the success you see on the field. He’s been training with the goal of improving his strength and build the explosive power he needs to dominate the line of scrimmage.

The results speak for themselves! In just two short months, Halen has focused intensely on his technique and it has paid off big time. He has officially increased his deadlift by over 100lbs while significantly improving his form! He hit a new PR this week of 225lbs and has already hit the goal his football coach set for him to achieve by next season!

Halen brings a fantastic attitude to every session and is a prime example of what happens when you combine hard work with a coachable mindset. We can’t wait to see how this extra power translates to the field this coming season!

Today's member spotlight highlights Jeff and his huge milestone this week! For the first time since starting his fitness journey, Jeff successfully completed all three sets of 10+ pushups on the floor!

Since joining the Wicked family, Jeff’s progress has been nothing short of tremendous. Not only has he seen a significant jump in his overall strength, but he’s also noticed improvement in the health and mobility of his joints.

What makes Jeff’s progress even more impressive is his dedication. Despite an incredibly busy schedule, he consistently makes the time to prioritize his health and get his workouts in. That kind of commitment is exactly what leads to results like these!

Now that the floor pushups are mastered, Jeff has his sights set on his next big challenge: unassisted pull-ups. We have no doubt he’s going to conquer those next!

We had a blast this past weekend hosting a special Mother's Day introductory class for this lovely group of ladies! There is nothing quite like the energy of a group of friends working toward a goal together, and we loved introducing these hard-working moms to some new exercises!

If you have a group of friends who want to get into an exercise routine but aren't sure where to start, we’d love to help! Sometimes the best way to get moving is in a comfortable, private environment with people you know.

Huge round of applause for Terri today!

We are so incredibly proud to celebrate a huge accomplishment fer her. For the first time ever, Terri successfully completed three full sets of 10 pushups on the floor! For those who don't know, moving from incline pushups to the floor requires a huge jump in chest, shoulder, and core strength. Terri has been putting in the work consistently, building her foundational strength, and this week all that effort paid off.!

It’s not just about the exercise—it’s about the confidence that comes with realizing you are capable of more than you were yesterday. This is what the Wicked Fitness journey is all about!

Huge Shoutout to Joan for hitting her 100th Workout this weekend and joining the 100 Workout Club!!

We planned an extra special workout for Joan's 100th workout, and she crushed it so hard that we had to add extra to the workout! Joan rocked her workout with 100 Goblet Squats, 100 Pushups, 100 Straight-leg Deadlifts with 100lbs, 100 TRX Rows, and 100 Glute Bridges with 100lbs. We are so impressed and inspired by all of Joan's hard work, and can't wait to see what goal she crushes next!
