Today I will be sharing with you my favorite thing in the entire world...the world of fake martial arts. I love it so much that I might actually like watching fake martial arts as much as I love real martial arts.

Waiting for my hips to recover over the last year I've had a lot of time to think about how I wanted to approach my rehab. There is not a lot of research of bilateral hip scope rehab so I've had to spend a lot of time studying the human hip and finding out for my self what is the best way to bring myself back to throwing sweet spin kicks.

After countless hours of research I have decided that in order to heal my hips I will only need one piece of equipment. It's the piece of equipment that I've been raving about for years yet for some reason still isn't immensely popular.. The Gymnastics Ring. In order to do the rehab program I've been thinking about for the last year I will only need to use 1 ring. In this video series I'm going to be showing all of the exercises as well as the programming that I will be using

The mission of operation spin kick is to rerecord all of the videos on www.tommysdojo.com in beautiful HD quality. The first set of videos were filmed before surgery and the quality is subpar at best. In order to rerecord them again...I'm gonna need to make a new body. In this series I will take you through the creation of that new body and watch as I go from a guy who can barely tie his shoes, to a guy that is back doing the raddest spin kicks that you ever did see.
