There is something powerful about the way connecting breath to posture can bring us back to ourselves, even when surrounded by a group of people.

Yoga has a way of quieting the noise and creating space to simply be in the present moment. That feeling is one of the most meaningful parts of my practice, and one of the greatest gifts of teaching yoga for the past 10+ years: for 60 minutes, we get to just be on our mats.
