After 10 months of holistic vision therapy, I no longer have astigmatism. I don’t need reader support anymore. And my nearsightedness has improved from -3.50 to -1.25.

Your eyes are a direct outward extension of your brain. A positive or negative change in your vision often reflects a corresponding change in your brain and nervous system.

I’ve been digging in and doing the work on myself this year for my own nervous system repair and physiological replenishment.

Comment “Eyes” and I’ll DM you the post to read the whole story on my vision healing. Or click the Substack link in my IG bio above.

I have a lot to share on everything I’ve been through this past year.

I essentially created my own “out-patient” program of nervous system repair and physiological replenishment.

High-achieving, high-performing women aren’t drinking excessively because they saw a Super Bowl ad for b**r or a photo of expensive w**e in a food & lifestyle magazine.

They’re drinking because their doctor dismissed their labs for years:

✨Nutrient and hormone deficiencies (full thyroid panel, B12, zinc, testosterone).

✨Depleted neurochemistry (low GABA, progesterone, gut microbiome, high histamine).

✨And their therapists and coaches were never trained to assess and address low vagal tone. A narrow window of tolerance. A autonomic nervous system stuck in cell danger response. Unresolved “little t” traumas.

Gray Area Drinkers are self-medicating what their health and wellness providers have ignored, neglected, and gaslit for decades. When women haven’t had good training or modeling for a nourished physiology, alcohol, unfortunately, gives women the fastest, most accessible, albeit temporary and pseudo sense of self-regulation.

Follow for the physiological pieces that fall through the cracks — in traditional recovery program and the sober curious posts on social media.

I’ve been intentionally quiet and I pulled back from social media and my online business this past year.

Things are brewing again.

I’m feeling ready to speak and write with a renewed vigor. I have a lot to say and share.

You keep trying. And you keep going back.

Not because you lack the knowledge about what alcohol does to you. But because you don’t know how practically and sequentially resource your nervous system and craving brain.

After 11 years alcohol-free and coaching Gray Area Drinkers since 2016, here’s what I know:

You can’t think your way out of drinking. You have to work with your body.

That’s why I’m opening three small groups this November for people who are done with the cycle and ready to understand the how behind their cravings.

✨ THE GRAY AREA DRINKING SUPPORT COMMUNITY✨

📅 8 weeks | Nov 16 - Jan 4
👥 Small groups of 10-12
🧠 Body-first, neuroscience-backed approach

This isn’t another cognitive program. You’ll learn to recalibrate your neurotransmitters, regulate your nervous system, and work with your physiology instead of battling against it.

Why now? Because navigating hard times with customized coaching support grooves the neural pathways you need to stay alcohol-free through anything.

I quit drinking on December 14, 2014—smack in the middle of holiday chaos. I know this timing feels off. But it’s when transformation happens.

Three time slots available. Spaces limited to 10-12 people per group.
