The IHSA Girls Individual Wrestling State Finals will be held on Friday and Saturday at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington

Mackensie and Alexis both finished 4th, qualifying for the State tournament in 2 weeks at Bloomington!

Today and tomorrow both teams are competing at sectionals. Best of luck to both!

Competing in Mahomet for the boys team are Juniors Marcellx Boling at 190lbs and Stormy Hughes at 285lbs.

Competing in Peoria for the girls team are Sophmores Morgan Krone-Smallhorn at 120 lbs and Alexus Dodge at 235 lbs, and senior Mackensie Williams at 145 lbs.

While the girls team was at regionals yesterday CHS Boys finished 11th out of 12 teams in the Eastern Illinois tournament . Individual placers are as follows. Great job gentlemen!
