Hello, would you be willing to share an upcoming run in Charleston, WV next month. Early bird registration is now open and the race supports university resources.

I wanted to share our WVSU Homecoming Mental Health 5K & 2.2K Run/Walk happening Friday, October 2nd on the campus of West Virginia State University!

Whether you’re coming to race, walk, support mental health awareness, or just enjoy Homecoming week with us, we’d love to have you! Both distances are open to runners AND walkers.

Don’t forget!! Because of the bike races, todays 6pm group run will be meeting at Capitol Market’s parking lot

This Thursday, June 18, we will be changing our meetup place from Slack Plaza to the Capitol Market’s parking lot at the end of Capitol St. We will still meet at 6pm and will be running a few miles and then stop to watch the elite women’s Criterium. Hope to see you there!!!
Also because of Highland’s Sky Trail Race, Saturday’s group run will be canceled.
