💚 WHERE YOUR GREENBRIER ASSESSMENT FEE GOES 💚
We know that costs seem to be rising everywhere these days—and operating a pool is no exception.
From increasing chlorine and pool chemical costs to unexpected repairs, equipment replacements, plumbing issues, maintenance, utilities, and facility improvements, it takes a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes to keep Greenbrier Pool safe, clean, and ready for summer fun.
This year alone, assessment fees have helped cover:
🏊 Pool chemicals and water treatment
🔧 A new baby pool pump
🚿 Plumbing repairs and replacements
🪑 New picnic tables and outdoor furniture
🚪 A custom garage door for equipment storage
🤖 Two new robotic skimmers that continuously remove leaves and debris during & after pool hours
🧹 Daily maintenance and upkeep all summer long
The reality is that we’re seeing pools around us struggle—and in some cases close their gates permanently. That’s why we never take for granted the opportunity to open ours.
Because of our members, we can continue welcoming families, friends, neighbors, and future generations through our gates each summer. We can continue providing a safe place for kids to play, teens to gather, families to connect, and lifelong memories to be made.
