This is such a great race for anyone who is new to trails! The course is beautiful and easy to follow. You have SEVEN hours to complete your distance 💥 We'll give you FOOD when you're done---sorry banana lovers but you won't find bananas and gels at our races! And of course the vibes are 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Our friends from Topo Athletic and lululemon will be out there to cheer you on and they maybe have a few surprises that we'll announce soon 👀 😉

Basically there's not a better place to spend next Saturday than at Johns Island County Park running Dirt Dash🤷🏼‍♀️

That's right--2 group runs tomorrow (Thursday) morning! If you're over in the Summerville area--come out to Pine Trace Park and run/walk some miles with me!

Our route is 1.6 miles so it will make it easy to hop out when you need to head to work

Here's what's going on in the world of running right here in Charleston this week😎

We're super excited to announce that we're starting a weekly recurring group trail run at Laurel Hill County Park every Thursday at 630AM. We'll run the 2.2 mile loop (as many times as you want) so that it's easy to hop out whenever you need to go to work. Big thanks to Tom Napper for leading this🙌🏼

Blue Sky Endurance has their Monday group run TONIGHT so go check it out and be sure to wear your favorite college football team colors 🏈

There are group runs from different organizations everyday of the week so grab a friend and go check one out!

Here's what's going on in the world of running this week right here in Charleston😎

633 Physical Therapy | Physical Therapy | Mt Pleasant, SC has strength training for runners classes on Wednesdays at 7am 💪🏼

We are down to around 50 spots left for our next race--Dirt Dash on September 12th at Johns Island County Park 💥 We'll be back with a group trail run on 9/3 at 645AM at Pine Trace Park so be sure to put that on the calendar and come run some miles before work!

There are group runs around town pretty much every day of the week so grab a friend and go check one out!
