Starting this Monday (8/24) all 8:30am classes will be moving to 8:15am, and the Wednesday 10am class will be moving to 9:30am. More schedule shifts will be rolling out in the coming weeks, and we so appreciate your patience as we navigate these shifting tides!

Here to announce a shifting of the tides, a changing of the guard, a HUGE next step for not just Trace and Tashi, but the community in which they both share, cherish, and love so deeply! That being YOU!

After 27 incredible years of cultivating community, overcoming adversity, building relationships, and finding ourselves on the mat, we walk our favorite cow out to pasture, making room for new energy and fresh inspiration.

Take a peek at our abundant weekend ahead 🌞

Martha's once-a-month wall class is tomorrow at 12:30pm, followed by a super chill Pride Month Celebration with Tashi and Steven that'll feature yin yoga, a loving-kindness meditation, and a soundbath! Lastly, Trace will be leading her monthly Sutra Sangha gathering on Sunday at 5:30pm.

Hello Summer!

Join Martha for a special Solstice Yoga Mala tomorrow, where we'll flow through 108 sun salutations, harnessing the energy of the longest day of the year. Our annual "Beat the Heat" summer sale also kicks off tomorrow - 2 months of unlimited yoga for $210! Celebrate not just summer, but Pride Month with Steven and Tashi for their meditative sound journey on June 27th.
