CHARLESTON! The founder of Outdoorsy Gals, , has been riding her bike across the country since October 2nd. And you can join us for her FINISH LINE PARTY on December 15th! 🚴♥️ Hop on a stationary bike to ride the final miles as we livestream Lindsay’s final miles on a big screen at . Activity Level: Moderate

Join us for a once-in-a lifetime Nordic trip to Iceland! You will see the dramatic beauty of Iceland while we trek across Vatnajokull glacier, explore lava fields, soak in hot springs, and bask in the glow of the Northern Lights!

We will road trip along the scenic south shore, and discover natural wonders like Reynisdrangar formations, Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, and the awe-inspiring Skógafoss waterfall. We’ll marvel at Europe’s largest ice cap - Vatnajokull - soak in Sky Lagoon’s healing waters, and explore the city of Reykjavik. Plus, we’ll stay on a magical horse farm on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula where you’ll be able to hang out with the infamous Icelandic ponies.

This trip is planned from start to finish – all you need to do is show up!

Meet the incredible Climbing Cholitas of Bolivia 👇🌈🏔️

“Cholita” means young Bolivian woman, and usually refers to somebody who identifies as a member of Aymara indigenous culture.

These women are known for their vibrant clothing, top hats and jewelry– and are breaking barriers in the world’s highest capital city, La Paz, Bolivia. There are 15 climbing Cholitas who once served as high-mountain cooks, and they’ve overcome the barriers of “machismo” culture by climbing to the top of mountain peaks since 2015.

Pictured above are Cholitas climbing an ice wall located in the Huayna Potosí (19,974ft elevation) + trekking to the Pico Austria (17,480ft elevation).

We are incredibly inspired to see these women defy stereotypes while scaling mountains in their traditional attire 🇧🇴💪

We recently teamed up with to host an adventure-filled weekend in Leavenworth, Washington for members of our community! 🏔🥾

On this 4-day journey, 20 outdoorsy gals slept under the stars at the incredible campground in the comfort of an Outdoorsy RV. We white water rafted on the world class Wenatchee River rapids, mastered the art of cooking over fire thanks to our talented chef, , and hiked to the crystal blue waters of Colchuck Lake (we 10/10 recommend this hike!)🏔 ⁠

We also got to outfit our crew with the cutest fleece jackets and hiking pants, thanks to (comfiest clothes ever..go check them out!)

Our favorite part of these trips is always watching gals come solo, step out of their comfort zones, and leave with so many new friendships and memories. If you want to join us on a future trip, sign up for our email list (linked in our bio!)

What we learned from traveling to Iceland with 14 strangers from Outdoorsy Gals: strangers are just best friends you haven’t met yet. 😌🇮🇸

We could not have asked for a better first Outdoorsy Gals trip — we explored the Southern Coast’s waterfalls and glacial lagoons, the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, Reykjavik, and The Golden Circle. And best of all, 14 gals from different parts of the 🌍 made some incredible memories together. 😍

Now Outdoorsy Gals Iceland #2 is underway, so stay tuned for many more iceland photos!
