Friday we’re offering something we’ve never shared before:
✨ Sacred Sound + Reiki Immersion ✨

A 90-minute experience combining a sound meditation with Reiki offered throughout the room by both Ema and Kim. This is a deeply restorative space to slow down, receive, and allow your nervous system a chance to soften.

We’re really excited to see this offering come to life. It’s been something we’ve talked about creating for a while, and Friday will be the very first one.

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, Raven will be leading a Sound Meditation Friday night, and then Saturday morning you can stroll through the farmers market then join Ema for Strength & Ground at 9:00am

Both classes offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and step away from the constant doing for a little while.

✨ A couple opportunities to practice with Stephanie this week.

Tonight at 6:00pm, join her for Candlelight Yoga.
A chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and unwind in a softly lit space.

Then on Sunday from 1:00–2:30pm, she’ll guide MFR Yin Yoga, combining long-held yin poses with myofascial release to help ease tension and create more space in the body.
