šŸŽ¾Thank you everyone who supported our tennis program this summer, even with lots of rain and heat advisories we pushed through and had a wonderful summer full of tennis!

šŸ†Our tennis awards night will be held on Tuesday September 8th at 6pm at Jefferson High School Tennis Courts.

Today Tuesday July 21st we are cancelling all Trophy Tournament matches. With our courts wet and more rain expected on and off for the rest of the day we will try again tomorrow. As of right now all singles from today will be postponed to Friday July 24th! Please let me know if your player will not be available for Friday ASAP so we can make adjustments to brackets. As of now we will plan to play tomorrowā€™s matches on schedule!!!

-Posted are all brackets for our end of the year trophy tournament next week.
-Be sure to look closely at the days and times for matches.
-Players should arrive 15 minutes before all posted match times in the event we are moving ahead of schedule so we can get as many matches done in a timely fashion.
-The first matches of the day will begin at 9:00 players can arrive as early as 8:40 to warm-up.
-In the event of weather issues announcements will be made accordingly we are hoping for good weather next week!

Thursday July 16th we will be combining big league with little league from 8:45-10:45 due to extreme heat. All players should bring lots of water and make sure sunscreen and light colors are worn. It is also the last day for Trophy Tournament entries to be turned in. If you are still looking for doubles partners please see Anna to arrange that. All Trophy Tournament brackets will be made by Saturday and posted on our page with times. Next week it looks like we are expecting rain so we are going to try to get as much of the tournament finished on Tuesday as we can and go from there. Please pay attention to the dates and times posted on the top of your brackets when they are released!

Any and all trophy tournament forms should be turned in by the end of this upcoming week July 16th. We will make all brackets over the weekend and post playing times by Sunday or Monday. If you still need help finding a doubles partner please contact us ASAP. If you are on vacation and wish to still enter for when you return please reach out so we can get you entered!

Summer Tennis is canceled for 7/7 due to wet courts and rain. Our makeup day will be Monday July 13th. Reminder that trophy tournament forms are due by the 18th at the latest so please reach out to Anna if you have questions!

As I am sure most of you are aware we are under a heat advisory Thursday July 2nd. With temperatures climbing to 110 degrees real feel we have decided to merge big league and little league into one group session with little league using 4 courts and big league using the other 4. This will allow us to be finished before the very hottest part of the day for all players.

Tennis will run for all players 9:00-11:00 THURSDAY ONLY at this given time. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow us time to take attendance with double the amount of players.

Also please send your players with plenty of water, sunscreen, and light colored clothing to ensure we can combat any heat illness issues.

As we get closer to July, we will begin collecting Trophy Tournament entry forms for our end of the summer tournament July 21-23. Each player can enter up to 4 events, their singles age group and one higher, as well as, a doubles and mixed doubles. If you need help finding a partner please see us or reach out to Anna for help. All forms must be turned in by July 18th. If you need a new form we will have them to hand out beginning tomorrow at tennis. be sure to look at the specific dates for all events you are entering to ensure you will be in town on the designated date.
