Give a warm (maybe slightly sweaty) welcome to REFIT With Laura on Tuesdays at WWPC!

Laura is a trained REFIT instructor trained in multiple disciplines who is sharing her joy, energy and passion with our little wild and wonderful fam on Tuesday evenings with a REV+FLOW class.

REFIT REV+FLOW is a low impact, high intensity workout designed to help people move stronger and longer. The class builds the kind of functional strength and mobility that makes real life easier: better balance, greater flexibility and improved endurance (all things we need to chase littles around 😮‍💨)

Set to music, REV+FLOW delivers a total body experience that works for every age, size and fitness level!

Because this class takes place after open play hours, the play area will be closed during REFIT. This hour is designed as a chance for parents and caregivers to focus on themselves, move their bodies, and have some me time! Older children who would enjoy participating in the workout are welcome to join alongside you. If there's enough interest, we'd love to explore some options for little ones in the future. 🫶

Hey REV+FLOW friends! A reminder that we have clas tonight at 6 pm but ALSO, I’m wondering if you’ll help me out with a video I’m trying to put together. All you have to do is answer this question on camera:

“What’s one thing your instructor always says?”

It can be anything instructional, funny, inspirational, or anything you think of off the top of your head! No worries if you don’t want to participate, just say no when I send a kid your way. And to my REFIT® friends, you’ll also be receiving this question on Monday and Wednesday! 🩷
