The bike that taught a generation how to ride. Small enough to pick up after you crashed it, light enough to drag out of the mud, tough enough to survive being jumped off anything that looked like a ramp. No electric start, no disc brakes, no excuses. Just a kickstarter, knobby tires, and endless summer afternoons. Parents bought them because they were cheap and reliable. Kids loved them because they were freedom on two wheels. Somewhere in a barn right now, there's one that hasn't run since 1983, and it'll probably start on the second kick.
