We are nearing closing for the season. You can still catch us Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 p.m. Our last day will be September 27.

We will be open later hours on September 27 for the CC Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Glow in the Dark Mini Golf Fundraiser. This event is for all ages. Get your teams together now.

With school starting tomorrow, our hours will be changing.

Mondays through Fridays we will be open from 3 to 6 p.m.

Saturday's and Sunday's and Labor Day, we will be open from 1 to 6 p.m.

After Labor Day, we will only be open on Saturdays and Sundays through September from 1-5 p.m.

Still time to get a round of mini golf or hit some balls in the batting cages before we close up for the season.

The flood waters have receded so batting cages are open for business. Come on down and hit some balls!

Bayou Bend Mini Golf is open for business but the batting cages are closed due to the pit flooded. Looks like the flood waters are receding but likely not enough until tomorrow to be open.

Celebrate Kid's Day with us on Friday from 1-3 p.m. Mini golf is only $2.50/person.

We are open from 1-8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 1-6 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays.

The first annual Amazing Race: Library Edition, was...AMAZING! Nine teams, nine venues. Each team had to chose a mental or physical challenge at each venue with no clue on what each challenge entails.

At Bayou Bend Mini Golf & Batting Cages the physical challenge was on hole #12 that had extra obstacles to maneuver around using kid's plastic putters. The mental challenge was to design a mini golf hole with the provided supplies: card stock paper, popsicle sticks, straws, paper cups, tape, scissors, stapler, markers, crayons, and an egg carton.

This event was put on by the Charles City Public Library. Way to go, Stacie and team. I'm already thinking of ideas for next year's challenges. I love our small town!

Most certainly enjoyed yesterday's and this afternoon's visit with kiddos from St John Evangelical St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School. What a beautiful and sweet group, including the leaders! Thank you for coming to Bayou Bend!
