Most certainly enjoyed yesterday's and this afternoon's visit with kiddos from St John Evangelical St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School. What a beautiful and sweet group, including the leaders! Thank you for coming to Bayou Bend!

Opening soon for the season...Batting Cages will be open Saturday, May 16 & 17 from 1 to 5 p.m. Both mini golf and batting cages will be open daily starting Saturday, May 23. We will be open 1-8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 1-6 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays.

September 27 and 28 (Sat and Sun) are our last days open for the 2025 season. Stop by for a round of mini golf or a hit some balls in the batting cages. We hope to see you before we close for the season.

It's a beautiful day at Bayou Bend Mini Golf. We are open weekends only now (Sat & Sun) from 1-5, through Sept. Still some time to get an 18-hole round of mini g🏐lf or hit some balls in the batting cages! ⚾️🥎

With schools 🏫 starting next Monday (8/25) this is our last week of opening at 1 p.m. on weekdays. You can still get a round of golf in or hit some balls in the cages every day before Labor Day (weather permitting). Here's our hours for the rest of the 2025 season :

🏐Through Thurs, 8/21/2025, open 1-6 p.m.
🏐Fri, 8/22 & Sat, 8/23, open 1-8 p.m.
🏐Sun, 8/24, open 1-6 p.m.
🏐Mon, 8/25 thru Fri, 8/29, open 3-6 p.m.
🏐Sat, Sun, & Mon, 8/30 thru 9/1 (Labor Day weekend), open from 1-6 p.m.
🏐After Labor Day weekend, we are only open Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 p.m.through Sept.

As a VERY small business, we deeply appreciate your business. If we don't see you this year, we hope you will visit us next season.

Really, the ducks will dash on Sunday at 6 p.m.! The high waters prohibited the dash on the Cedar River over the last month+ and stormy weather stopped the dash yesterday. I can't imagine that anything will stop the dash tomorow. What anticipation this event has drawn!. Who will be the lucky duck winner?

💧 Rain, rain, go away! The ducks must dash another day!

Saturday, August 2 is Charles City Chamber of Commerce FAMILY FUN DAY at Bayou Bend!!

* 10 am Family Mini Golf Tournament ($25 per family of four-$5 for each additional player)
* 1:30pm Hole in one Contest ($5 person)
* 3 pm 2 person best shot ($20 Team)

You may recall last year the flooding of the Cedar River dampened (literally) Family Fund Day. This year it looks like we should have a beautiful day. Pull your family and friends together to make this years' Family Fun Day a great event!
