Check out the Hole 3 improvements that have been made!!!! 🎉

🌳 Roughly half the bushes have been removed along the highway and 98 new trees have been planted!! Three new larger trees will be planted soon that will run at a slight angle away from the the bush line that will begin to give 3 its dog leg shape.

👏 A big thanks to members Dave Laing, Mike Curran, Kevin Kent, Denny Bisgard, Bernard Beary and Craig Anderson for their planning, time, effort, and equipment. Also, thanks to Nick Hunter for lending his expertise.

💓 Club and course improvements continue and we can't thank all our valuable members enough for volunteering their time, contributing financially and genuinely helping to make Lakeview such a great Club!!

Lakeview Golf and Country Club is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily bar and club room operations and ensure excellent experience for our members and guests.

Position Details
• Seasonal position
• Off-season hours: Less than 20 hours per week
• Golf season hours: 30+ hours per week
• Pay range: $12.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience
• Additional compensation: Opportunity to earn tips

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bar and club room operations
• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Coordinate private events and special functions
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with Iowa alcohol service, food safety, and labor laws
• Lead and support staff while maintaining positive employee relations

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food and beverage experience preferred
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet Iowa requirements for alcohol service

Certifications (Required or Obtainable)
• Iowa Responsible Beverage Server Training
• Valid Iowa Driver’s License
