Part Two of Adina’s story 🤍
In 2010, Adina took over the studio from Ellen — and one of the first things she did was bring yoga into the space. Why? Because Pilates and yoga are yin and yang. One builds strength and control, the other builds flexibility and stillness. Together, they create balance.
