This is a HOME WORKOUT that you could do anywhere. All you need is a set of dumbbells, water bottles or anything accessible to you to add some resistance!

10 squats/overhead press/two high knees
10 two rows/plank walk
10 rainbow /2 jacks
10 laying overhead press/4 scissor kicks
10 later jumps/snatch modified:take the jump out
Repeat the set 3x’s!

Try this full body workout at home, the gym or anywhere!

10 curtsy lunges
10 rows/2 cross body knee to chest
10 lateral row/fly (each side )
10 T raise/1/4 hold plank jack
10 deadlift/sqaut/press up

Repeat the set 3x’s!

You can exercise all day but if you’re not in a calorie deficit there will be no weight loss.

Oxidizing fat for fuel “burning fat” while working out doesn’t = FAT LOSS. That comes from a calorie deficit. So please understand when you see posts saying you’ll “burn fat” doing their workouts-just understand that if your goal is FAT LOSS it’s two separate conversations.
