This is a HOME WORKOUT that you could do anywhere. All you need is a set of dumbbells, water bottles or anything accessible to you to add some resistance!
10 squats/overhead press/two high knees
10 two rows/plank walk
10 rainbow /2 jacks
10 laying overhead press/4 scissor kicks
10 later jumps/snatch modified:take the jump out
Repeat the set 3x’s!
