As January approaches, many of us are gearing up to set our health and fitness goals for the New Year! At FlexSquad, we're excited to be a part of your journey towards a healthier lifestyle—because without our health, nothing else truly matters. 💪❤️

This time of year also means we’re reviewing our operational budget to adjust membership costs, ensuring FlexSquad remains strong and sustainable for years to come. We understand how disappointing it is to find a gym you love, only to see it close due to financial challenges. We promise that will never happen here!

🚨 Important Update: New rates will go into effect on **January 15, 2026**. But here’s our commitment: as long as you remain a member, we’ll honor your original rate—no increase for existing members! 🙌

Okay Fam! Tomorrow is our Manion WOD.

First off: You totally got this. It isn’t any harder than some of the line ups we do. Prob easier TBH. Promise.

Time: You should easily be able to finish it within 45 minutes. On average anywhere between 30-45 minutes is totally normal. Depends on how fast ya run.

Shoes:I ran thru it again today and have done it multiple times now, I wear trail running shoes and pop them off while I squat. Squatting in thick soles is not recommended.

Weight:
RX Wt: Females 95lbs is NOT heavy for your average fitter person. That is a bar with 25’s but you are welcome to scale back and use whatever weight that works for you. You can also use DB’s or Sandbags if you prefer.
RX Wt: 135lbs Male- Same applies. That isn’t super heavy for a decently in shape male. Bar with 45’s.

Elite Challenge: Do entire workout vested. This one def ups the anty and will take you a bit longer but a solid challenger for ya.

Don’t want to do it? Cool, have a solid boxing FB mix option that is also a nice push for those that would rather do it.

Most importantly have fun, remember why we are doing this and DO NOT overthink this. It isn’t that hard and everyone can totally do it.

Travis embodied courage and selflessness; this workout is designed to push you to do the same in his memory.
