Chapin Talon 10U is excited to announce that we will be partnering with M2 Baseball!

M2 is led by former Gamecock players Coach Bryan Triplett and Coach Brian Buscher. They have compiled arguably the best and most experienced group of coaches in the area to offer 2nd to none baseball instruction. M2 follows right in line with a “development first” mentality.

***Important*** All practices, workouts and instruction will take place in Chapin!

Very excited and proud to take the field with these boys in a couple of hours in Myrtle Beach for our first World Series game!

Duncan, Aiden, Jax, Brody, Damian, Gage, Chance, Mason and Kemp have been working so hard the last six months to improve and elevate their game...mission accomplished!

Now it’s time to go have some fun on the big stage!

Congrats to Duncan Blocker on being named MVP for our Melvin Park Tournament over Fathers Day weekend.

Dunk had his best hitting performance of the season batting571 and adding 4 RBIs. He was an absolute wall at catcher and made several throw downs to 1st and 3rd for crucial outs.

His passion for the game and effort are infectious!

Top Gun 10u tournament

Congrats to Aiden Chay on being named MVP for our tournament in Lexington over Mother’s Day weekend!

Aiden has really come into his own at left field and has been a vacuum with several hustle catches in the tournament that were critical.

His bat came alive when we needed it most in the championship game. Aiden had a 2 RBI single that that was crucial in our comeback effort.

Congrats to our MVP for our Asheville tournament May 4th/5th, Kemp Tisdale.

Kemp had a walk off game winning hit that drove in 2 runs to secure a victory on Sunday.

On the mound, he was asked to come in and finish up an inning where we had to get 3 outs in 4 minutes to give us an opportunity to bat again...he delivered by retiring the side with only seconds to spare.

He was also a vacuum at first.

Tournament in Lexington

Congrats to our Offensive MVP, Brody Winkler, and our Defensive MVP, Jax Gallivan from our Shipyard tournament 4/26!

Brody’s bat has come alive as of late and in this tournament went 4/7 with a single, double and 2 triples with 3 RBIs! Nice work young man!

Jax pitched a very solid 4 innings totaling 5 strikeouts. He was sure handed at SS and was and absolute wall at catcher! Just as important, the ump asked him to come to the mound at the end of our last game and told him he was the MOST respectful catcher he’s ever seen and gave Jax a game ball! Nice work young man!
