First Session= October 23-November 15
Monday & Wednesday 7-8p

Second Session= November 26-December 21
Choose Mon & Wed 7-8 OR Tues & Thurs 7-8p
Sundays are for baseball players, batting practice with Patrick Currin and Strenght Training.

Hi families. You're invited to CrossFit Homeward this Saturday, March 25 from 9am until noon. We are celebrating the final workout of the CrossFit Open, 17.5, and the wrap up of our charity event to benefit both the Special Olympics and Adopt a Bull.

Our very own coach, Hugh Swaso, will be performing live with his band, Skinny Bag of Sugar.

We hope you'll come by to cheers on our athletes, help out a couple of great charities, and have a lot of fun.
