Hi! I’m Stacie Reap, a Chapel Hill resident, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, full-time firefighter, wife, and mom. I’m a lifelong athlete with 7 years of coaching and personal training experience and previously certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and NASM nutrition coach. I’ve worked with clients ages 20 to 60, supporting a wide range of fitness goals alongside generalized health coaching.
My background in athletics, injury rehab, prenatal and postpartum training, and tactical fitness allows me to help clients adapt and thrive through every stage of life. I currently assist my fire department’s Health Wellness Coordinator by developing fitness and nutrition programs for firefighters and academy recruits.
I specialize in working with women, prenatal and postpartum moms, and tactical athletes who want to stay strong, functional, and career-ready. I offer 1:1 personalized training—never one-size-fits-all—meeting clients where they are and adapting programs as life and goals evolve.
