Words can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for these Airmen and Airwomen. I sure am proud to be in a photo with this group of high achieving individuals!

I had the opportunity to work alongside these future leaders of our United States Air Force and their Cadre as a strength coach. I sure am going to miss the camaraderie and those 0600 PT sessions.

Go and do great things, Cadets! Big congratulations to those commissioning this May. Best of luck to all of YOU!

For the tactical athlete, the reality is high demand deployments and unpredictable schedules negatively impact physical performance.

Energy restriction (or operating in a caloric deficit) is not uncommon for the tactical athlete.

It is important for the tactical athlete to possess the skills of preparation and planning in order to mitigate the negative effects of energy restriction and maintain fueling during operations.
