Not too bad of a weekend overall for Young Blood and Red in Rockwell, IA! Eastin piloted both tractors, taking Red to a 3rd place finish and Young Blood to a 6th!

What a surreal weekend for The Young Blood Pulling Team in Chapel Hill, TN!

Braden kicked things off Friday night with a 2nd place finish. After rebuilding the tractor, it ran great, everything checked out, and then we decided it was time to give Dennis the seat after having to miss his opportunity in Macon, MO.

To say we are proud of his performance is an understatement! Dennis drove Young Blood to victory Saturday night for the first time since it has been a Pro Stock. Having been off the seat since 2018, he showed us it was just like riding a bike. Dennis and the rest of the team are overwhelmed with joy as it is a great honor to be leaving Chapel Hill with a 1st and 2nd place finish!

Yesterday, we celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary.

Every year with you is sweeter than the last, and I thank God for every moment we’ve shared together. Here’s to 33 beautiful years and many more to come.

It has been a very busy week! Unfortunately, as many already know, we were not able to compete in Macon last weekend. We were really looking forward to seeing Dennis back on the seat close to home, but the tractor decided during warm up that it had other plans. While Dennis was warming things up, the tractor’s crank gear broke and caused valves to bend in the process. While it was such an unexpected breakage, we are thankful it didn’t happen going down the track. However, Young Blood is blowing smoke and ready for the first session of Chapel Hill!
