It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year without Lars. We miss his presence on and off the field — his smile, his passion, and the way he loved our team. Lars built this team by challenging, encouraging, and loving us. He created an escape from the busyness of Carolina, a place to do what we all love alongside girls that we love. We miss you greatly, Lars.

Just a quick update from us--

Our season (games and tournaments) have been cancelled and tryouts and practices have been put on pause till an unknown later date.

Through our fundraising efforts over the past month, UNC Women's Club Soccer White as a team and alumni base has raised $6531.09 with the help of friends and family.

ALL of this money will be donated towards the BLM movement, being split between The Loveland Foundation, which will receive $4,456.09 and Take Action Chapel Hill, which will receive $2,075.

Thank you to everyone that donated and helped us get a sweat going for a very worthy cause. By no means will our efforts stop here. Our team will continue to advocate for BLM and stand against racism, discrimination, and other acts of violence and abuse. . Today and everyday🖤
