The beginning of the year is the perfect time to reset and set goals. The refresh of my movement space has been a big step to gain traction for my own personal and professional growth. I look forward to working with people to feel and move better in their bodies and achieve whatever movement goals they may have. Just like all of us, the space is a work-in-progress that will evolve and grow. Small steps lead to big change.

A full body flow that challenges the brain. I'm doing my best to get it right without over thinking it though. Let the body move naturally. When I do these I try to focus on where I'm rotating in the transitions: hips and shoulders.....

Next to the reformer, the foam roller is my favorite piece of Pilates equipment. Not only is it a great therapeutic tool but it can also give you a set you on 🔥 workout. I'm using it here for a little back extension and lower trap work.
