I understand that everyone is upset and there is no excuse for my absence. I have pulled away to try and figure out the best way to go about sending all refunds and keeping myself, and my 3 children, afloat. This was NEVER my intention, this year has wrecked our lives and we are still currently rebuilding everything from the ground up. As for all refunds, I am working on catching up one last bill before I can start sending them again. It will be October 18th when I will start finishing refunds I’ve already started. After, I will move down the line and send them partially or in full depending on the amount.
All random draw winners are added to my refund list, so that you can purchase whatever item you won from another business. This goes for free items too — you are at the end of the list to receive a refund to purchase whatever you’d like.

I am asking for until April 1st, 2025 to process all refunds. This includes everybody. Again, I know there is absolutely no excuse for my absence, I have just tried to figure out what to do. I am the soul caretaker of my 3 children, and when our lives were flipped upside down, I didn’t know if I was going to be able to save our house, our car, or anything. Please know, I NEVER wanted to take any money from anyone. Deciding to stop leather completely was heartbreaking, but I am working extremely hard and long hours ti be able to keep ourselves floating & refund everyone.

I am so sincerely sorry, and I will get your money back asap 💔

Beautiful 3 peace halter 🩵🩷💜 metallic pink tips on the turquoise and purple gator floral, metallic pink buckstitch, medium brown leather. Hide is lnlay with a beautiful shape new to me! This was a custom order I am remaking due to using the wrong buckstich color. Nothing wrong with this set, it’s beautiful, my FAVORITE print! It’s been sitting for a month or so and deserves a new home…🩷 this is my absolute favorite print!

Would be beautiful with bling conchos or plain. Will post halters in the comments.

Hello! I want to start off by saying I know I have been mia. I have debated on explaining individually or thru a post, and this way seems easier. I will be messaging everyone that has reached out individually this week. Right before Christmas, I went through a breakup after 2 years. It was sudden, unexpected, and life changing. I have 3 kiddos, and went from a 2 parent household to 1. I had quit my job to do leather full time, and it was going well! But being the only one supporting my kids, I had to go back to work full time. My hours are long, and I spend every weekend in the shop, all my days off, extra hours, etc. I am trying so hard to get these things out. My hardware order right before Christmas was lost, and I am slowly replacing everything , with lots of it coming tomorrow! I have struggled mentally trying to find a new normal, and have not handled some days well. I don’t want to makes excuses at all, but these past few weeks with the holidays have been HARD. We are finally getting settled, back to school, and I am doing all I can to get everyone’s things to them. 🩷

I have about 12 orders I am going to complete by next weekend. I will also be working tomorrow after my son’s appointment and will touch base with all I will complete tomorrow. I have been waiting for my order that FINALLY comes tomorrow. I am not doing any instock items other than 2 I have half way finished. I will post them on a different post if anyone is interested, and they will be completed and shipped in between my orders. My customs are also closed until I finish everything on my list.

I feel absolutely devastated, defeated, frustrated, sad, depressed, all the feelings at once. I want to make up for this however I can. As I’m completing your orders, if there’s something you want that you didn’t order, (noseband, halter, headstall, etc) to match your things, I will do it, no charge. If you’re willing to wait a few extra weeks for it, I would love to compensate all of you for ordering and the delays. It was so unexpected and I never intended to have to go back to work so suddenly. 😞 I will continue to make post weekly updating progress. Besides tomorrow, I will not be in the shop Monday-Thursday. Friday - Sunday I will work all day.🫶🏼

I will be ordering leather this week as I am almost out & placing a hardware order the next week for the orders after the ones I complete this weekend.

More details on freebies: If you ordered a bc, I will do a matching headstall/witherstrap no charge. I will do all upgrades free of charge. Bling conchos, fancy buckles, etc. I will be placing a hardware or leather order every week! We can discuss the freebies more in PM. Just whatever you want that will help make up for my mistake. I am so very sorry from the bottom of my heart and I truly want to do right and make everyone happy in the end.
