It's ! At GRH we have options to make sure we are able to accommodate everyone's needs! Many of participants enjoy our recumbent bike for a low-impact, joint friendly cardio workout!

We had a great art workshop this afternoon! Our community is so much more than just exercise, we are working hard to support overall wellness. Art is a great way to learn to trust the process and think of things in new ways!
