Race recap from last friday⬇️

What an eventful night, we have been waiting to race for a whole month and this one felt good to get on track. We unloaded first practice with old tires and ran average times. 2nd practice we put two new tires on and ran my personal best time of 16.32 very happy with practice but setup still wasn’t the best. So we made a adjustment and went out for qualifying and i made a mistake off 4 on my fast time and qualified 13th outa 15. While passing for 10th i tapped wheels with the 6 and it spun me and he ended up t-boning me pushing in my door a good bit. We stayed out and finished 12th. We went to work making adjustments and fixing the tow from the wreck. We rolled out 13th for 2nd feature and passed multiple cars and got up to 10th before avoiding a 3 car wreck in front of me which i barely avoided. That put me in 7th for the next restart where i had a very good restart and passed couple cars and got to 5th place then we lost a spot with 3 to go and settled for a personal best finish of 6th place. This was a very good learning night and we excited to see what we have for next race.
I wanna thank my crew for helping me week through week to get me out there and race.
