Pose of the Week: Half Monkey Pose ✨
Half Monkey teaches us that the journey toward our goals is just as important as the destination itself. Bow forward with a humble heart and a long spine in this preparation for splits. To practice Half Monkey, start from a low lunge and shift your hips back over your back knee. Straighten your front leg, flex your toes toward your face, and hinge to fold gently over the front thigh.

To practice Wheel Pose, lie on your back with feet flat and hands by your ears. Press into your hands and feet to lift your body into a full upward arch, lengthening through the arms. Keeping knees stacked over ankles and shoulders stacked over wrists.
