Hey everyone! We've been keeping a low profile for the last year during the pandemic in order to keep class sizes small and safe. Now that vaccines are readily accessible and many restrictions are lifted, we are excited to start growing the class and welcoming new students!

Come check us out! You're welcome to get on the mat and participate or just observe from the side. We'd love to have you either way!

Opening night last night was a great success! We are grateful to everyone who was able to participate and hope to see the rest of you soon! Also, a big thank you to the Shaolin Temple Cultural Center Arizona for allowing us to use their space for our classes. It's a beautiful facility with lots of space to work out 😁
