Most athletes practice jumping… but not making a play.
There’s a difference.
In a game, nobody cares what your vertical number is if you can’t time the ball, control your body, and finish the play.
You don’t jump just to say you jumped high.
You jump to go get something.
A rebound.
A catch.
A block.
A header.
A finish at the rim.
A ball that everybody else thought was out of reach.
That’s what jump training should look like.
Not just up and down reps.
Not just touching air.
Not just chasing a number.
A real target.
A real height.
A real reason to jump.
That’s Jump Ball.
Train the jump the way it actually shows up in sports.
Reach New Heights.
