We have a NEW member who joined us for our 4:30 CRUNCH Class last week. She absolutely knocked it out of the park & impressed even our Coaches with her ability to push through even the toughest workouts until the end🏋🏽‍♀️

Hard work makes the impossible become possible, but make no mistake. Hard work does not bear instant fruit. To see the fruits of your labor, it is paramount that you remain committed to the journey over the end result. Don't attempt to build your foundation in a day. Instead, focus on laying a brick a day & in time you will have built a solid & unbreakable structure.

During this holiday season, join us in helping our community. Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank is asking for volunteers to help create meal boxes for the families visiting their food bank. Meal prep with Blitz45! We made Breakfast Encilladas by jasminemays

Macros -

523 calories
62g protein
2g carbs
29g fat

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 package 97/3 ground turkey
1 tbsp taco seasoning (my recipe is below)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 package chicken breakfast sausage
½ cup chunky red salsa
Tortillas of choice, (I used an almond flour one from trader joes)
12 extra large eggs (3 in each)
8 tbsp cottage cheese (2 tbsp in each)
Green onions, chopped
Lite cheese of choice

❤️My Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano

1. Air fry the sausage for 7 mins and 400F. Then shake and repeat. Let them cool before cutting them.

2. Assemble Bake for 40 mins at 350˚F.
