CHAMPIONS ARE BUILT AT MOVE.🥇🥇

Huge congratulations to Brandan Millan for heading to Las Vegas yesterday to compete at the Masters World Jiu-Jitsu Championship and coming home a CHAMPION!

Moving up into the Brown Belt division, Brandan stepped onto the mat and captured another title.

Did he come back a little banged up? Absolutely. A knee and a finger need some attention but hey, we sent him to Vegas a little banged up too! 😂 Brandan is still working his way back from a Lisfranc injury, which makes this accomplishment even more impressive.

That’s where our team comes in.

At MOVE, our job is to get you healthy, prepared, strong and READY TO COMPETE. In Brandan’s case, ready to come back a CHAMPION.

Having Sports Medicine + Physical Therapy + Performance Training + Recovery all under one roof allows us to build a complete plan of care around the athlete and the goal.

HAPPY 80TH BIRTHDAY TO OUR GUY, Arthur Dye

For decades, Art has played a huge role in building and shaping the local basketball scene. Long before many of us were around the game, Art was already behind it, supporting it and helping it grow with the Arizona Stars!!!

If you’ve read my book, Mind Over Virtually Everything, you know I hold a very special place in my heart for this man. Art has been with us since DAY ONE of opening MOVE, and he will forever be a part of our team and our family.

80 years young and still showing us what it means to love the game. Art might be the real-life definition of “BALL IS LIFE.”

As the NFL preseason comes to an end, we couldn’t be more proud of our guys Dominic Zvada and Austin McNamara ..

Two different paths. One destination.

For the veteran, it’s about returning to a familiar road and continuing to prove why you belong. For the rookie, it’s about battling through an entirely new journey and earning every opportunity along the way.

From Day 1 of offseason training and NFL Draft prep, both plans were built with a purpose and executed. Now both guys have been rewarded with a spot on the 53-man roster AND a starting job.

What better way to finish the preseason than seeing two TEAM MOVE specialists line up against each other at MetLife Stadium!

Now it’s time to build the IN-SEASON plan and execute that one next.📈📈

BIG STAGE WITH A BIG MOMENT FOR OUR MOVE ATHLETES‼️

What an awesome opportunity tonight for two of our badass high school flag football athletes. Evania & Lacie Nemchick getting the chance to represent at the Arizona Cardinals preseason game!

With only four teams selected to take the field, it’s incredibly rewarding to see TWO MOVE athletes out there on that stage.

Evie is battling a foot injury right now, but that didn’t stop her from showing up for her team. She stepped into a different role tonight and helped coach from the sideline. That’s leadership.

Lacie went out there and BALLED. Played QB, ran one in for a TOUCHDOWN, and I’d say she was the best QB on the field tonight! Including The Big Boys.😉😉

The Arizona Cardinals may have taken the L tonight, but MOVE definitely got a WIN.

Proud of both of these young women. Keep working. Keep leading. Keep earning opportunities.
