I’m a RYT 500-hour & trainer with a passion for creating experiences that light up body, mind, and soul. Providing outdoor yoga, bootcamps and small group training through out the East Valley. By motivating and encouraging ourselves and others to meet their physical and spiritual needs.

TODAYS YITP **SUMMER ADDITION**
Was truly amazing and the energy…the “shift” was felt by all 🙏

This being said NEXT WEEK we will not have class and the Sunday, 06/26 is SOLD OUT.
The next week is 4th of July and we will be having a bi-week so, the next opportunity will be SUNDAY, 07/10 and there are only 6 spots left.
Please DM me to get your space reserved before they are gone…
