NB Taekwondo & Fitness Center is a martial arts school committed to turning students into champions through character building, focus, discipline and confidence training. Our goal is to provide a safe and especially disciplined learning environment to turn students into athletes and athletes into champions. Master Johnny Nguyen with over 30 years of experience along with a team of specialized Poomsae and Sparring Specialists and Black belt instructors, we offer classes for children, teens and adults. Young and older children can join to hone skills like self-discipline, respect, listening and motor development while adults can enroll to meet objectives in self-defense, goal setting and weight loss.
