Many young gymnasts experience heel discomfort as they grow, and it’s often Sever’s disease. It’s common, manageable, and nothing to panic about.

We’ve partnered with Pediatric Foot & Ankle right here in Gilbert to help our families get answers when something feels off. If your athlete has been favoring a foot or mentioning heel pain, don’t wait it out. Reach out, they’re here to help!
