From tots to team, Gold Medal now offers training in two state-of-the-art training centers. At the front of this great gym is 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist, Amanda Borden-Cochran. As the program has flourished, so have the facilities. In August 2008, Amanda and Gold Medal Gymnastics opened their second location. rizona Gymnastics both recreationally and competitively. The home of several State and Regional Champions, GMG remains a great gym where moms and tots as well as teens can have a little fun while feeling success in the sport of gymnastics. Just minutes from Arizona State University and the Sky Harbor Airport, our Tempe gym remains our flagship location and main offices. Just southwest of our initial home, we are pleased to open our newest training center in Chandler. And while recreational and preschool programs are offered at both gyms, our Chandler Gym is the training center for our Team Program plus dance and our Gold Medal Sports programs along with various special events.

Gym dads come in many forms… chauffeur, biggest fan, hair helper, skill spotter, and sometimes even Ninja teammate.

Today we’re celebrating all the dads who show up for the practices, the performances, the competitions, and all the moments in between.

Thank you for cheering loud, supporting big dreams, and being the reason these athletes get to do what they love. 🤸‍♀️🥷🩰

School’s Out! Summer 2026 is In😎☀️

The shades are on, the gym is buzzing, and we’re just getting started! Gold Medal Team Camp has officially wrapped up after days filled with hard work, new skills, team bonding, and plenty of fun! 🤸🔥

Next up: High Performance Team Camp starts tomorrow! Time to train hard, grow stronger, and make summer count 💪🏼✨
