Sad news. Coach Douglas passed away.

He wasn’t just a great wrestler or coach — he was a teacher of toughness, position, pressure, and mindset. What made him special wasn’t just what he won, but what he passed down.

His knowledge didn’t stay with him. It moved from coach to coach… room to room… generation to generation.

Every time we fight for hand control.
Every time we push through when we’re exhausted.
Every time we refuse to break — that’s part of his legacy.

You may not have trained with him, but you train in what he helped build.

That’s how legends live on.

I’ve posted several pictures when he visited and the Bear Club kids were in attendance.
